  •  My order
    • No order confirmation received
    • An order confirmation is automatically sent from our system to the email address you entered. If an order confirmation does not arrive it can have a number of reasons.

      1) The specified email address is incorrect, in this case you will not receive any further emails from us. You can then send a reply to this email with the request to send your order confirmation to the correct email address.

      2) The order confirmation has arrived in your spam box. You can then move it from your spam box to your regular inbox. Other e-mails will normally return to your inbox.

    • I have received my order but incomplete

    • If your order has been delivered but it appears to have been delivered defective or damaged, you can do the following.
